摘 要:基于非晶合金Metglas官网提供的Metglas2605SA1非晶合金材料的相关性能参数,利用Ansoft Maxwell分析定子铁心材料采用非晶合金Metglas2605SA1,且单频率激励下的永磁同步电动机的电磁性能与输出特性,同时分析了气隙及定子轭部磁密的空间分布,以及永磁电机存在的齿槽转矩问题,并与具有相同结构和控制参数的定子铁心采用硅钢D23-50永磁电机进行对比分析。仿真结果表明,采用定子铁心采用非晶合金永磁电机相比于硅钢D23-50永磁电机有以下优势:电机重量轻,铁耗相对于硅钢电机更小,效率比硅钢电机高2.41%,磁场响应能力强。但其齿槽转矩的数值高于硅钢电机。Based on the related performance parameters of Metglas2605SA1 amorphous al- loy material provided by official website of Metglas amorphous alloy, the electromagnetic per- formance and output characteristics of permanent magnet synchronous motor which is excited by single frequency and stator core of which adopts Metglas2605SA1 amorphous alloy are analyzed by Ansoft Maxwell. Meanwhile, the spatial distributions of air gap and stator yoke flux density are analyzed and the cogging torque problem existing in permanent magnet motor is presented. Comparative analysis is carried out with the permanent magnet motor which adopts silicon steel D23-50 stator core and has same structure and control parameters. The simulation results show that the permanent magnet motor which stator core adopting amorphous alloy has the following advantages compared with that adopting silicon steel D23-50, i.e. weight of the former is more light, iron loss of it is smaller, efficiency of it is 2.41% higher and magnetic response ability of it is stronger. However, the cogging torque of it is higher than that of the latter.
