摘  要:针对传统路法在定量分析磁性槽楔对电机性能影响时表现出的狭隘性特点,以一台1250k W、10000V的高压感应电动机为例,建立了场-路耦合的二维瞬态电磁场时步有限元模型,分别对定子槽楔为不同磁导率时电机内电磁场进行了计算,分析了不同磁导率的磁性槽楔对电机内气隙磁密、气隙系数、槽漏抗、径向电磁力等电磁特征量的演变规律。并以此为基础,探讨了槽楔为不同磁导率时对电机起动、运行性能的影响。计算结果表明,磁性槽楔可以有效改善气隙磁密的分布、减小谐波含量、降低表面损耗和减小径向电磁力;随着槽楔相对磁导率数值的增加,电机的起动转矩、起动电流降低的较明显。最后,通过对槽楔相对磁导率为1的电机有限元计算结果与试验结果对比,验证了计算方法的合理性。Aiming at the parochialism characteristic of traditional method existing in quan- titatively analyzing the influence of magnetic slot wedge on motor performance, a time-stepping finite-element model of two-dimensional transient electromagnetic field with field-circuit cou- pling is established by taking a 1250kW, 10000V high-vohage induction motor as an example The electromagnetic fields of motors which magnetic slot wedges have different magnetic permea- bility were respectively calculated. The evolvement law of magnetic slot wedges with different permeability on electromagnetic characteristic quantities of air-gap flux density, air-gap coeffi- cient, slot leakage reactance and radial electromagnetic force were analyzed. Based on this, the influences of wedges with different permeability on the starting and running performances of mo- tor were discussed. The calculation results show that magnetic slot wedge can effectively prove distribution of air-gap flux densities, decrease harmonics content, and reduce surface los- ses and radial electromagnetic forces. With the increase of relative permeability of slot wedge, the starting torque and current of motor were obviously reduced. Finally, through between finite-element calculation result and test result of the motor which relative of slot wedge equals to 1, it is verified that the calculation method is reasonable comparison permeability
