黄芪注射液穴位注射联合推拿治疗稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察黄芪注射液穴位注射联合推拿治疗稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的临床疗效。方法将40例稳定期COPD患者随机分为2组,治疗组20例予黄芪注射液穴位注射联合推拿治疗,对照组20例予常规西药治疗。2组均治疗12周,比较2组治疗前后肺功能指标[第1 s用力呼气容积(FEV_1)、第1 s用力呼气容积占预计值百分比(FEV_1%)、用力肺活量(FVC)]及痰上清中白细胞介素8(IL-8)变化。结果 2组治疗后FEV_1%、FEV_1及FVC均较本组治疗前升高(P<0.01),且治疗组治疗后升高更明显(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后痰上清中IL-8水平较本组治疗前、对照组治疗后下降(P<0.01,P<0.05)。对照组治疗前后痰上清中IL-8水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论黄芪注射液穴位注射联合推拿治疗稳定期COPD,改善了患者的肺功能和生活质量。Objective To observe the clinical effects of Huangqi acupoint injection combined with massage on stable COPD.Method 40 COPD patients were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group（n = 20）was treated by Huangqi acupoint injection combined with massage.The control group（n = 20） was treated by conventional western medicine.The two groups continuously treatment for 12 weeks.The interleukin 8（IL-8） and the lung function index including the forced expiratory volume in 1 second（FEV1）,the forced expiratory volume in 1second/predicted value ratio（FEV1%） and the forced vital capacity（FVC） before and after treatment were compared in two groups.Results The FEV1%,FEV1 and FVC after treatment increased in two groups（P〈0.01）,and the increase in treatment group was more obvious（P〈0.05）.The level of IL-8 in sputum supernatant after treatment in the treatment group was lower than before treatment and lower than that after treatment in the control group（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）.There was no statistical difference on IL-8 in sputum supernatant between before and after treatment in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Huangqi acupoint injection combined with massage on the treatment of stable COPD,improve lung function and quality of life of the patients.
