摘　　要：目的比较不同所有制医院的医疗质量差异,探讨其政策参考价值。方法总结国内外相关实证研究文献。结果现有研究针对不同所有制的医院质量差异并无定论。结论我国政府应当为社会资本办医创造更加公平的发展环境,建立完善的医疗服务质量标准,并加强监管。Objective To compare the medical quality among hospitals of different ownerships, and to explore its reference value for policy--making. Methods The paper summarized the relevant empirical literatures at home and abroad. Results The current studies didn＇t reach a conclusive result on medical quality among hospitals of different ownerships. Conclusion Chinese government should create a mechanism and a fair environment for running hospitals by nongovernmental capital, formulate unified quality standards, and strengthen the supervision.
