摘　　要：分析国内医疗机构患儿管理存在的问题,介绍了基于RFID技术的患儿管理系统。该系统的应用有效缓解了门急诊患儿流量压力,提高了医疗环节质量,增强了患儿安全防护,方便了患儿家属探视。同时,研究讨论了有效距离及成本因素的难题,以期为行业提供参考依据。The study analyzed the problems existing in the pediatric management in domestic medical induslry, in-troduced the pediatric management based on radio frequency identification （RFID） technology. The application of the system effectively relieved the flow pressure of children in emergency department, improved the quality of medical departments, enhanced the safety of children, facilitated the visit of children＇s families, and discussed the effective distance and cost factors in order to provide reference for the business.
