摘　　要：通过对洗苯工艺分析,找出影响洗苯效率的主要原因。针对塔后含苯较高、富油含苯较低、喷淋密度偏小的问题,采取洗苯塔内增加半富油内循环段的措施;针对终冷塔后煤气温度偏高的问题,调节制冷水的用量,建立冷却器定期清扫制度。According to the analysis of benzol scrubbing process, the main factors influencing the scrubbing efficiency are found out. For the problems of high benzol content after the scrubber, low benzol content in rich oil and low spray density, an additional circulating stage of semi-rich oil is provided in the benzol scrubber. The problem of high gas temperature at downstream of the scrubber is solved by adjusting the chilled water quantity and establishing regular cleaning rule for the cooler.
