摘  要:为了解黄顶菊(Flavera bidentis)的化感效应,研究了不同浓度黄顶菊的落叶水浸提液对绿豆、红豆种子的萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,黄顶菊落叶水浸提液对绿豆和红豆种子发芽率均产生了显著的抑制作用,且随着水浸提液浓度的增加抑制作用也随之增强,但对绿豆和红豆的抑制作用是有差异的。因此,黄顶菊也可通过其叶片凋落物释放化感物质,从而为防控黄顶菊提供理论依据。To understand the allelopathic effect of Flavera bidentis,the effects of different concentrations of water extracts from F. bidentis leaf litter on the germination and seedling growth of mung bean and red bean were determined. Results showed that the water extracts had significant inhibition effects on seed germination of mung bean and red bean. Inhibition effect increased with the increasing concentrations of water extracts, but the effects between the two plants differed. Therefore,F. bidentis could release allelochemicals into soils through leaf litter decomposition,and then the theoretical basis for the prevention and control of F. bidentis was provided.
