摘　　要：针对目前农作物区域试验汇总中"品种综述"内容编写效率低、易出错的现状,利用Word软件的邮件合并功能构建了农作物区试汇总"品种综述"批量生成系统。以长江流域国家油菜区域试验数据为例介绍了该方法的构建过程,为提高区域试验汇总效率、降低出错率提供了简便可行的方法。Applying the mailmerge function of Microsoft Word to build a system forbatch creation in order to resolve the condi-tion that ＂variety review＂ in the national crop regional trial is programmed inefficiently and easily to make mistakes. This writing introduces the process of the method by taking the data of National rape Regional Trials in the Yangtze River Valley for example. We can use this method to summary the data in regional trial faster and lower error rate.
