摘  要:配电网项目建设效果评估工作可为后续规划工作总结经验、指明方向,指导配电网投资管理精细化工作。文章提出了基于层次分析法与模糊评价法的配电网项目建设效果综合评估方法。首先采用层次分析法逐层分解关键因素,先后得到4类Ⅱ级综合指标和32类单项指标;基于三角模糊层次分析法确定指标权重;提出了指标评估判据和评分标准,最终形成一套项目建设效果综合评估方法。实践表明所提方法的实用性和有效性。Distribution network project construction evaluation could be used to sum up experience for the follow-up planning work,and guide the meticulous management work of the distribution network investment. In this paper, a comprehensive evaluation method of distribution network project construction based on analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy evaluation method is proposed. Firstly,key factors are analyzed stage by stage based on AHP to achieve four II comprehensive indexes and thirty-two single indexes ; evaluation indexes weight is calculated based on triangular fuzzy AHP method;the index evaluation criterion and evaluation standard are presented, and ultimately a comprehensive method of project construction evaluation is formed. Practice shows that the proposed method is practical and effective.
