摘  要:目的:分析万古霉素体外诱导后,MRSA与MSSA对万古霉素MIC有无差异。方法:在体外用万古霉素对15株金葡菌进行耐药诱导;诱导后比较MRSA与MSSA对万古霉素的MIC值。结果:有2株MRSA和1株MSSA对万古霉素产生中介耐药,诱导后MRSA与MSSA对万古霉素MIC均值无明显差异。结论:在体外诱导时MRSA与MSSA对万古霉素皆可产生耐药,难易程度无明显差异。Objective To analysis the differences of MIC to vancomycin between MRSA and MSSA.Methods 15 strains of S.aureus were cultured on BHI medium containing vancomycin and isolates were identified every 5 times of culture.The MIC to vancomycin of MRSA and MSSA were compared.Results 3 strains of vancomycin-intermediate resistance Staphylococcus aureus were gotten.The MIC values of vancomycin of MRSA and MSSA all increased after cultured with vancomycin Conclusion The in-vitro induction of fully resistance to vancomycin was very difficult.But there was no significant difference in MIC to vancomycin between MRSA and MSSA.
