摘 要:目的:研究中药的有效化学成份,考察经过加工处理后的中药超微饮片的成分组成与原药材成分的差异。方法:通过对中药超微饮片与原药材的提取处理、薄层色谱点样、展开、显色。得到薄层色谱照片,通过研究得出结论。结果:通过薄层色谱图片得知中药超微饮片具有和原药材同样的化学成份,而且具有比原药材更加方便的使用方法。结论:中药超微饮片的有效化学成份和原药材基本相同,疗效增强。Objective This experiment is carried out to study the effective chemical composition of traditional Chinese medicine,and find the differences of composition between post-processed AMDP and original medicine by the results of the experiment.Moreover,to make further study on applying prospect of AMDP founded.Methods Get TLC photographs by extracting,spreading and colorizing AMDP and original medicine;finally form a conclusion after enough study.Results By TLC,we know that the chemical composition of AMDP is the same as that of the original medicine.Moreover,it has been proved that it is more convenient to use AMDP than original medicine.Conclusion The effective chemical composition of AMDP is basically the same as that of Traditional Decoction Pieces(original medicine).However,the efficacy has been enhanced.
