摘　　要：目的:合成和表征N-酚噻嗪丙磺酸,探讨其对HRP-Luminol-H2O2化学发光体系的增强作用。方法:将N-酚噻嗪丙磺酸加入HRP-Luminol-H2O2化学发光体系,记录发光强度和发光持续时间,并用于HRP含量的测定。结果:N-酚噻嗪丙磺酸可使HRP-Luminol-H2O2化学发光体系的发光强度增强,发光持续时间达30分钟以上。HRP含量在25-800 pg/mL范围内,酶含量与发光相对强度显示良好的线性关系。结论:N-酚噻嗪丙磺酸可用于酶免疫发光分析。Objective To synthesis and character 3-phenothiazinepropyl sulfate and investigate its enhancing effect on the chemiluminescent reaction of HRP-Luminol-H2O2.Methods The chemiluminescent intensity of HRP-Luminol-H2O2 reaction system after addition of 3-phenothiazinepropyl sulfate solution was measured and used the methold for determining HRP content.Results Enhancing activities of 3-phenothiazinepropyl sulfate for the luminescence of HRP-Luminol-H2O2 reaction system are stable and reliable.HRP contents are directly relate to chemiluminescent intensity of HRP-Luminol-H2O2 reaction system when HRP contents are 25-800 pg/mL.Conclusion 3-phenothiazinepropyl sulfate can be used as a practial enhancer for the enzyme-linked immunoluminescent assays.
