摘  要:小球团烧銡法是一项高炉精料新技术,它吸收了烧结工艺和球团工艺双方的优点,既节能降耗,又为高炉提供高质量的原料。该工艺解决了我国细精矿烧结料层薄、透气性差、产量低、质量差、燃耗高等问题。文章重点介绍了球团烧结技术的具体措施和应用情况。The mini-pelletized sintering is a new technology of blast furnace burden material preparation.It absorbs the merit of technology of sintering and pelletizing.It can not only decrease energy consumption but also supply many high quality raw materials.The characteristics of the technology is when all the mixture material becomes pellet then sinter,and produces palletized sinter as prape.The solid fuel adheres to the surface of pellet,then can get good effect of burning.This technology has solved the problem of thin bed sintering,bad permeability,low production,bad qual- ity,high fuel consumption and so on in our country.The main idea of this article introduces measure and application of the mini-pelletized sintering.
