摘　　要：湛江,是中国南方沿海的重要港口城市,并在2015年被国务院确立为"21世纪海上丝绸之路"战略支点市,成为"一带一路"的重要节点城市。本文基于湛江现有港口发展为研究基础,提出了湛江在面对"一带一路"的政策红利,应如何建设港口产业,创新港城融合发展模式,积极将自身建设成为中国沿海港口战略发展核心城市。Zhanjiang is an important port city on the south coast of China, and was granted as the strategic fulcrum city of ＂the 21st century maritime Silk Road＂ by the State Council in 2015. The paper is based on Zhanjiang development foundation, proposed ＂One Belt and One Road＂ dividend policy of Zhanjiang. How to build the port industry, innovate the development model of port city integration, and actively build itself into the core of the strategic development of China＇ s coastal ports.
