摘 要:随着配电网中分布式电源与储能的接入,给配电网的规划带来了新的问题。当前研究中较少涉及分布式电源、储能及配电网线路的联合规划方法,为此提出了一种配电网两层扩展规划方法。首先,建立了分布式电源与线路联合规划的混合整数线性模型,考虑了投资费用、运行费用、网损费用及负荷增长等因素。然后,根据储能在配电网中的运行特点和作用,基于傅立叶频谱分析理论,分别提出了配电网中储能的集中与分布式规划策略。以某18节点的配网结构为例,分析所提两层规划方法的有效性,算例结果表明:分布式电源的引入有利于降低配电网投资与运行总成本,频谱分析理论可以为储能规划问题提供有效的解决方法。Integration of distributed generators (DG) and energy storage arises new challenges to the planning problem of the distribu- tion network. Currently less study has involved the joint planning method of distributed generators, energy storage and distribution net- work. A two-layer expansion method for distribution network are proposed in this paper. Firstly, a joint planning model of distributed generators and distribution network lines are presented, which takes into account the investment cost, operating cost, network losses, as well as the load growth factor. Secondly, considering the operating characteristics of the energy storage in distribution network, we propose centralized and distributed planning strategies for energy storage based on the theory of the fourier spectrum analysis. Test is done on an 18-bus distribution network. The two-layer method is proved effective. Numerical results show that the introduction of dis- tributed generation into the distribution network helps to reduce the total investment and operation cost. Spectrum analysis them7 pro- vides an effective solution to the planning issue of energy storage in distribution network.
