摘　　要：我国城市能源以燃煤、燃油为主,造成了严重的空气污染,空气中的悬浮颗粒物、SO2、CO2等含量超标。文中分析"十二五"期间辽宁省经济与电能消费的发展形势,总结归纳电能消费的特点和影响因素,进行"十三五"期间煤改电负荷预测,通过计算得到"十三五"期间电采暖对全社会用电量、电能占终端能源比重的提升效果。China＇s urban energy is based on coal and fuel, resulting in serious air pollution, airborne suspended particulate matter, SO2 , CO2 and other content exceeded. This paper analyzes the development situation of Liaoning province economy and electric, ity con- sumption in 12th five-year plan. It sumnmrizes the characteristics and influences factors of electric energy c, onsmnption. It forecasts coal to electricity load during the 13th five-year plan and calculates during 13th five-year plan the effect of electric heating on the elec- tricity consumption. The proportion of energy accounted for terminal energy.
