辽宁“小康电”示范县电网建设模式研究

摘　　要：县域地区是实现2020年全面建设成小康社会目标的重点区域,为支撑县域经济社会的协调发展,提高农村供电服务均等化水平,开展"小康电"示范县建设势在必行。基于小康社会各项建设要求,提出一种"小康电"示范县电网建设模式,主要包括基于重点行业发展的负荷预测方法,基于供电安全的多电压等级协调规划,以及考虑民生及产业发展的电网设施布点。The key area of completing the target of building moderately prosperous society in 2020 is county region. It＇s necessary to carry out the ＂well-off electric＂ demonstration county construction to support the county territory economic society coordinated develop- ment and raising the level of rural power supply services equalization. Based on the requirement of the construction of a well-off society, a ＂well-off electric＂ demonstration county grid construction mode is propsed, including the load forecasting method based on the devel- opment of key industries, coordinated planning based on power supply security voltage grade, and consider the people＇s livelihood and industry development of power grid location.
