高硼硅玻璃锡槽的热工计算

摘　　要：本文对高硼硅玻璃锡槽运行温度进行了模拟，计算其生产过程中的热工参数。锡槽生产过程中带入体系的热量有：玻璃带带入的热量、电加热带入的热量和保护气体带入的热量；带出体系的热量有：玻璃带带出的热量、锡槽外表面的散热、冷却水带走的热量及保护气带走的热量。Thermal parameter is calculated on the basis of temperature simulation of high borosilicate glass tin bath. Theheat brought into the system in the process of production of tin bath is： brought in by glass ribbon, by electrical heating andprotective gas. The heat brought out of the system is： brought out by glass ribbon, heat radiation of outer surface of tin bath,the heat taken away by cooling water and protective gas.
