湿式永磁带式强磁磁选机的研制

摘　　要：石英砂行业整体工艺技术、装备落后，工艺过程控制仍处在初级水平。石英砂磁选新技术、新装备的研发尤为迫切。本研究采用自主研发的湿式永磁带式强磁磁选机，对海南某海相沉积砂石英矿的除铁效果进行试验和效果评价。采用该工艺设备可获得FezO，为0．0072％的超白玻璃砂。Process technology and equipments of quartz sand lag behind. Process control still remains primary level. Itis urgent to develop new technology and equipments of quartz sand magnetic separation. This study adopts self- developedwet high - intensity permanent magnetic belt separator to experiment on and evaluate the de - ferrous effects of quartz sandmine of marine deposit in Hainan. Sand for ultra - clear glass with 0. 0072% Fe203 can be obtained by means of this processequipment.
