摘 要:山东某化工企业一生产线产生超高浓度SO_2废气,要求利用厂区废弃干基电石渣为脱硫剂,实现废气脱硫净化处理。选用两级旋流板塔结合一级喷淋空塔形成三塔串联的脱硫工艺路线,阐述了旋流板塔和喷淋空塔内部结构原理,并对系统运行效果进行分析。结果表明,原废气SO_2含量为68 459~71 246 mg/Nm^3时,经两级旋流板塔和一级喷淋空塔脱除后,净气SO_2含量可降至200 mg/Nm^3以下,脱硫效率高达998%以上,为今后同类工程设计及应用提供参考。The production of ultra high concentration SO2 exhaust gas from a production line of a chemical enterprise in Shandong. Using waste dry base carbide slag as desulfurization agent to realize the purification of exhaust gas was required. Route selection of two stage swirl plate tower with a spraying empty tower to form three towers in series desulfurization process line, swirl plate tower and spraying empty tower internal structure and the system principle were described, and operation effect was analyzed. The result of the original gas SO2 content was 68 459-71 246 mg/Nm3, by the two stage swirl plate tower and a spraying empty tower after the removal, the SO2 content of net gas could be reduced to 200 mg/Nm3 below, desulfurization efficiency high reached above 99. 8%, to provide a reference for the future design and application of similar projects.
