摘  要:目的探讨不同状态人牙髓组织中基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)-2、MMP-8和MMP-9的表达水平及临床意义。方法选取2012年3月—2016年3月因正畸治疗的患者60例(60颗牙),根据牙髓组织状态分为健康组、炎症组、正畸加力组,每组20例(20颗牙)。观察3组MMP-2、MMP-8和MMP-9的表达情况,并进行半定量积分分析。结果3组中MMP-2、MMP-8和MMP-9均存在表达。3组MMP-2、MMP-8和MMP-9表达半定量积分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 MMP-2、MMP-8和MMP-9在牙髓组织损害、炎性反应和牙正畸治疗中均表达,可根据其表达水平指导临床制定治疗方案。Objective TO investigate expression levels and clinical significances of matrix metalloproteinases-2 (MMP-2) , MMP-8 and MMP-9 in human pulp tissues at different conditions. Methods A total of 60 patients (60 teeth) undergoing orthodontic therapy during March 2012 and March 2016 were selected and divided into health group, inflammation group enhancing orthodontic therapy group (n = 20 for each group). MMP-2, MMP-8 and MMP-9 expres- sion levels were observed in three groups, and semiquautitative integration analysis was also performed. Results MMP- 2, MMP-8 and MMP-9 were expressed in the three groups. There were statistically significant differences in MMP-2, MMP-8 and MMP-9 expressions in the three groups by semiquantitative integration analysis (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion MMP-2, MMP-8 and MMP-9 can be expressed in pulp tissue damage, inflammatory reaction and orthodontic therapy, and clinicians can establish therapeutic protocols on the basis of the expressions levels.
