摘　　要：第三代中央领导集体水利思想是中国特色社会主义理论体系的重要组成部分,学习研究第三代中央领导集体的水利思想,对当前大力推进社会主义生态文明建设,实现"两个一百年"奋斗目标和中华民族永续发展具有重要意义。The water conservancy thought of the third generation leader group of central government is an im- portant component of the system of theories of socialism with Chinese characteristics. It is of great significance to study and research the water conservancy thought of the third generation leader group of central government, which will vigorously promote the construction of socialist ecological civilization at present, and realize the ＂ Two Centenar- y Goals＂ and the sustainable development of the Chinese nation.
