浅析高校创业园的定位、建设及发展趋势——以晋城职业技术学院创业园为例

摘　　要：高校创业园在发展中存在着定位不准确、偏重硬件建设及发展趋势不清晰等问题。高校创业园定位应是培养创新创业人才,应加强创新创业教育课程体系开发建设、创新创业师资队伍建设、创新创业文化建设、孵化建设、服务建设等软件建设,呈现出与专业教育相结合、与市场相结合、产学研结合三大趋势。There are many problems in the development of university pioneer park such as inaccurate positio- ning, emphasis on hardware construction and unclear development trend and so on. The orientation of university pi- oneer park should be to cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial talents. We should strengthen the construction and development of the curriculum system of innovation and entrepreneurship education, the construction of teacher teams for innovation and entrepreneurship, the culture construction of innovation and entrepreneurship, the con- struction of incubation, and the construction of services and so on. It shows three major trends ： combined with pro- fessional education, combined with the market and combined with production, study and research.
