摘 要:为了保证管道安全平稳运行,避免第三方入侵,油气长输管道正在逐步建设和完善各站场关键区域的安全防护系统。通过明确各种安全防护技术的性能指标和适用性,结合油气管道的使用环境和需求,综合考虑探测率、误报率、成本、可维修性等相关因素,选择适宜的防护技术才能保证管道的安全使用。实际应用表明,没有一种技术能满足所有站场的安防需求,需要针对不同的环境和部位采取不同的安防技术,最终通过多技术联动形成一个闭合的站场周界防护系统,因此,油气管道安全防护系统的建设需要根据各站场风险的等级结合综合评价的结果进行配置。In order to ensure pipeline safe and stable operation and avoid third party invading, the se- curity protection system in station key regions of oil and gas long distance pipelines are gradually con- structed and improved. Through clarifying the performance indicators and applicability of various kinds of security protection technologies, and combined with the using environment and requirements of.oil and gas pipelines, the suitable protection technology can be selected to ensure the pipeline safe operation by considering related factors such asdetectivity, false alarm rate, cost, maintainability etc. The practi- cal application shows that no technology can satisfy security protection requirements of.all stations. Oifferent security protection technologies are needed to be taken according to different environments and parts, and finally a closed station perimeter protection system is developed through the linkage of.various technologies. Therefore, the construction of the security protection system for oil and gas pipelines needs to be allocated according different station risk degrees and the results of.comprehensive evaluation.
