摘 要:在保证原油安全经济输送的条件下,将管输过程中的损失分为可避免损失和不可避免损失。综合考虑输油过程中油品流型、流态随管输温度变化的特点,提出了按析蜡点、流态转变温度和反常点等管输特性温度,将站间输油管道划分为不同输送区间的方法,推导出了油品在不同流动状态下的不可避免损失计算式。以大庆某输油管道为例,分析了实际输送过程中不同输送区间内的不可避免损失,为原油管道节能输送提供了一定理论依据。Under the requirements of ensuring the safe and economic transportation of crude oil, the exergy loss in the crude oil transportation process can be divided into avoidable and inevitable exergy loss. Considering that the flow pattern and flow state of oil products are changed along with the pipeline transportation temperature in the oil transportation process, a method that divides oil transportation pipelines between stations into different transportation sections according to pipeline transportation characteristic temperature such as wax precipitation point,flow regime transition temperature and anomalistic point is proposed, and then the inevitable exergy loss calculation method in different flow states of oil products is deduced. Taking an oil transportation pipeline in Daqing as an example, the inevitable exergy loss in different delivery sections in real transportation process is analyzed, which provides certain theoretical basis for the energy-saving pipeline transportation of crude oil.
