摘 要:百重七稠油产量近年不断下降,就近无可用的油源补充,现有的间歇低输量输送至百克站的模式已不能满足管线安全输送要求,需研究可行的输送方案。利用SPS仿真软件建立管输模型,分别进行瞬态热力、水力计算分析,确定冬季最恶劣工况百重七稠油管线柴油馏分置换停输与再启动间歇输送结合的大间歇输送模式,即低库存时利用末点百克站来柴油馏分反顶置换后停输,高库存时在站内循环加热稠油后重启百重七管线。In recent years,the thick oil production in Baizhongqi is declining,and there is no nearby oil source which can be supplement. The existing intermittent low throughput transportation mode that transports to Baike station cannot meet the requirements of pipeline safe transportation,so it is necessary to study a feasible transportation scheme. The pipeline transportation mode is established by the simulation software SPS, and transient thermal and hydraulic calculation analysis are respectively conducted to determine the Baizhongqi thick oil pipeline intermittent transportation mode that combines diesel fraction replacement shutdown and restart intermittent transportation in the worst working conditions in winner.In other words,when the stock is low,shutting down after using the finally point of Baike station to do diesel fraction against top displacement; when the stock is high, heat thick oil in Baizhongqi pipelines will restart after cycling and heating thick oil in the station.
