针刺与西药结合治疗肺脾虚寒型变应性鼻炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的联合针刺与西药治疗肺脾虚寒型变应性鼻炎,探究其临床效果。方法选取肺脾虚寒型变应性鼻炎患者60例,随机分为治疗组、对照组两组,各30例。治疗组采用针刺联合口服氯雷他定片治疗;对照组则予口服氯雷他定片结合外用布地奈德鼻喷剂治疗,两组治疗时间均为4周,分别于开始治疗第14天(2周)、第28天(4周)记录并对比两组症状、体征,同时记录两组出现的不良反应。结果经比较,治疗第14天(2周),针药组显效率36.7%,总有效率96.7%;西药组则分别为26.7%和90.0%,两组显效率和总有效率比较均无统计学差异。治疗第28天(4周),针药组显效率90.0%,总有效率100%;西药组分别为60.0%和100%,两组显效率比较具有显著统计学差异。对比不良反应的发生率,治疗组为10.00%,对照组为23.33%,两组比较有统计学差异。结论联合针刺与西药治疗肺脾虚寒型变应性鼻炎的疗效肯定,针刺能减轻西药的不良反应,且远期疗效优于西药,有进一步研究及临床推广的价值。Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of combining acupuncture with Western medicine to treat allergic rhinitis. Methods 60 cases of allergic rhinitis patients with deficient cold of spleen and lung were selected and randomly divided into treatment group of 30 cases and control group of 30 cases. The treatment group were treated with acupuncture in combination with orally taking clarityne and the control group received orally taking clarityne combined with topical budesonide nasal spray. The course of treatment was four weeks for both two groups. To record and compare two groups＆#39; syndromes and signs on the fourteenth （two weeks later） and the twenty-eighth day （four week later） since treatment, as well as to record adverse reaction occurring in two groups. Results After comparison, on the fourteenth day （2 weeks）, the significant efficiency and total effective rate of acupuncture group were 36.7% and 96.7%, while those of western medicine group were 26.7% and 90.0%, and comparisons of the two indexes had no statistical difference. On the twenty-eighth day （4 weeks）, the significant efficiency and total effective rate of acupuncture group were 90.0% and 100%, while those of western medicine group were 60.0% and 100%, and comparisons of the two indexes had statistical difference. To compare the incidence of adverse reactions, the treatment group was 10.00% and the control group was 23.33%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of treating allergic rhinitis with acupuncture and western medicine is definite, acupuncture can reduce the adverse reactions of western medicine and has superior long-term therapeutic effect than western medicine. It is worthy of further study and clinical promotion
