花粉阻隔剂和氯雷他定片治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的观察花粉阻隔剂治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效,并和氯雷他定片进行疗效对比。方法将门诊就诊的变应性鼻炎患者72例随机分到观察组(花粉阻隔剂)和对照组(氯雷他定片),每组各36例。观察组给予花粉阻隔剂涂抹鼻腔,每天至少三次;对照组给予氯雷他定片口服,10mg,每天1次。连续治疗28天。疗程第7天、第14天、第28天采用鼻部症状体征总评分和疗效指数进行疗效比较。结果共有64例患者完成28天观察,其中观察组(32例)及对照组(32例)。两组鼻部症状体征总评分在治疗第7天(P<0.05)、第14天(P<0.05)、第28天(P<0.01)均较治疗前明显下降。组间比较,在治疗第7天、第14天和28天两组鼻部症状体征总评分无显著性差异(均P>0.05),两组间疗效指数评价无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论花粉阻隔剂和氯雷他定片均可有效控制变应性鼻炎症状。Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of pollen blocking agent, loratadine in the treatment of adult with allergic rhinitis. Methods 80 patients with allergic rhinitis were divided randomly into two groups, the observational group treated with pollen blocking agent and the control group treated with loratadine tablet and 36 cases in each group. Pollen blocking agent was smeared in nasal cavity skin, at least three times daily. The dosage of loratadine is 10 mg, taken orally once daily. The course of treatment is 28 days. The total score of nasal symptoms, sign and also efficacy index were evaluated on the 7th/14th/28th day. Results A total of 64 cases finished the observation and 32 cases in each group. Total score of nasal symptoms and sign decreased significantly after treatment in both groups on 7th （P〈0.05） and 14th （P〈0.05） and 28th （P〈0.01）. There were no significant differences for the score of nasal symptoms and sign between the two groups on 7th, 14th and 28th （all 〉0.05）. No significant differences existed for the efficacy index between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Pollen blocking agent has the same effect as loratadine tablet on relieving the nasal symptoms in patients with allergic rhinitis.
