摘  要:社会学制度主义认为制度提供行为人的身份定位及行为的认知模板,从而影响行为。从社会学制度主义视角探究学术不端行为的成因,科学精神的缺少,急功近利思想的蔓延影响学术不端行为人对于自身角色的认识,版权意识的薄弱影响了对学术不端行为的识别,诚信理念缺失导致了对学术不端行为的认同。这些制度因素影响了学术不端行为的产生。Sociological institutionalism believes that a regime offers identity orientation for doers and cognitive tern plate for behaviors, thus influencing behaviors. This paper explores the cause of academic misconduct from the per spective of sociological institutionalism, and finds that the lack of scientific spirit and the spread of shortsightedness affects academic misconduct doer's cognition on self role, that the weakness of copyright awareness influences their recognition on academic misconduct, and that deficiency of concept of honesty results in acknowledging academic mis- conduct. All of the above factors produce an effect on the generation of academic misconduct
