摘　　要：文中由通过描述排水阀PSC检查常见的缺陷形式,分析了缺陷产生的各方面原因,重点就如何防范此类缺陷的发生进行了论述,提出PSC检查应特别关注设备细节和关键部件,以切实帮助船舶提高安全管理水平。Based on a description of the common deficiencies with the drain valves identified during PSC inspections, the paper analyzes the causes for the deficiencies and probes into the approach for avoiding such deficiencies. It also suggests that equipment details and key parts should be paid special attention to during PSC inspectiom, in order to help ships to enhance safety control.
