无创呼吸机辅助呼吸在COPD合并呼吸衰竭中的护理应用研究

摘　　要：目的探究使用综合性护理在针对COPD合并呼吸衰竭的患者使用无创呼吸机辅助呼吸进行治疗的效果。方法选择60例COPD合并有呼吸衰竭的患者随机分成Ig(干预)组和Cg(对比)组,各30例。Cg组患者应用常规性护理措施;Ig组患者应用综合性护理措施。对两组患者的疗效进行对比观察;就两组中患者针对使用的护理措施获得满意度进行记录。结果两组的患者在接受护理后都比护理前有作用,Ig组中患者护理后2天的PO_2、血氧饱和度和Cg组进行对比发现显著更高一些(P<0.05)。Ig组中患者显效的例数要比Cg组多,Cg组中无效的例数比Ig组多,对于护理措施的总体满意程度Ig组要比Cg组高很多(P<0.05)。Ig组中患者满意的例数要比Cg组多,不满意的例数Cg组要比Ig组多,总体满意程度上Ig组和Cg组对比要显著更高一些(P<0.05)。结论使用综合性护理措施可以使接受无创呼吸机辅助呼吸治疗COPD合并呼吸衰竭的患者获得更好的临床疗效,同时可以提升其满意程度。Objective To explore the effect of using the nouinvasive ventilator assisted breathing for the treatment of respiratory failure in pa- tients with COPD combined with respiratory failure, Methods Two patients with respiratory failure were randomly divided into Ig （intervention） group and Cg （contrast group） in 60 patients with respiratory failure. The patients in the Cg group were present in the routine nursing care, and the pa- tients in the [g group had the comprehensive nursing measures. To observe the effect of the two groups of patients, the satisfaction of the two groups of patients with nursing measures to record. Results The patients in the two groups were significantly higher than those in nursing care, and the PO2 partial pressure, blood oxygen saturation and Cg group were significantly higher than those in Ig group after 2 days（P〈0.05）. The number of patients in the Ig group was significantly higher than that in the Cg group, the number of patients in the Cg group was more than that in the Ig group, and the overall satisfaction degree of nursing measures was higher than that in the Cg group（P〈0.05）. The number of patients in Ig group was more than that in Cg group, the number of patients in Cg group was more than that in Ig group, and the total satisfaction degree was significantly higher than that in Ig group and Cg group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The use of comprehensive care measures can make patients suffering from respiratory failure treated with mechanical ventilation in the treatment of COPD with respiratory failure to obtain better clinical efficacy, and can improve the degree of satisfaction.
