斜T形钢板治疗桡骨远端骨折的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨斜T型钢板内固定治疗桡骨远端骨折的临床疗效。方法选择桡骨远端骨折的患者共40例,按不同治疗方法分为切开斜T型钢板内固定术20例(切开组)和闭合复位治疗20例(闭合组),比较两组患者骨折愈合时间、并发症及腕关节功能恢复情况。结果切开组骨折愈合时间[(3.0±1.3)月vs.(3.9±1.2)月]、并发症发生率(5.00%vs.20.00%)显著低于闭合组(P<0.05),治疗优良率明显高于闭合组(95.00%vs.65.00%,P<0.05)。结论桡骨远端骨折采用斜T形钢板内固定治疗具有复位准确、固定性稳定可靠、可早期进行功能锻炼、并发症少、恢复快等优点,可在临床推广使用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of treating distal radius fractures with oblique T plate internal fixation. Methods 40 cas- es of distal radial fractures who were individed into oblique incision type T plate fixation （open group） and closed reduction treatment （closed group）, 20 cases each group. The fracture healing time, complications and wrist the recovery of joint function were compared. Results The fracture healing time [（3.0±1.3） months vs. （3.9±1.2） months], the incidence of complications （5.00% vs. 20.00%） of open group werect significantly lower than thc closed group （P〈0.05）, the excellent rate was significantly higher than that of closed group （95% vs. 65%, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of distal radius fracture with oblique T plate internal fixation has the advantages of accurate reduction, stable and reliable fixation, early functional exer- cise, less complications and quick recovery.
