穴位埋线治疗卵巢早衰的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察穴位埋线治疗卵巢早衰的临床疗效。方法将18例卵巢早衰患者给予穴位埋线治疗,平均治疗6个月。观察治疗前后的疗效及血清促卵泡激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)和雌二醇(E_2)变化。结果治疗后13例患者月经恢复正常,总有效率72.22%,其中8例患者血清FSH、LH和E_2均有显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论穴位埋线治疗卵巢早衰疗效较好,且无毒副作用,值得临床进一步研究和推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupoint catgut embedding in the patients with premature ovarian failure. Methods 18 patients with premature ovarian failure were given acupoint catgut embedding therapy for an average period of 6 months. Then clinical effect and the change of follicle-stimulating hormone （ FSH ）, luteinizing hormone （ LH ） and estradiol （ E 2 ） were observed before and after the treatment. Results After the treatment, 13 patients returned normal menstruation,and the total effective rate was 72. 22%. Among them, serum FSH, LH and E2 were significantly improved in 8 patients, and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Acupoint catgut embedding is an effective treatment in patients with premature o- varian failure which has no toxic or side effects, deserving further clinical research and promotion.
