摘  要:在酸压直接见水井返排特征分析基础上,结合该类井地质油藏特征及酸压裂缝延伸规律,探究了酸压井直接出水机理,包括钻揭深度大酸压直接沟通水体、缝高失控沟通底部水体和人工裂缝与大断裂沟通导致深部水体上窜三个方面。基于酸压出水原因,从工程角度出发,提出了有效控制酸压出水的工艺技术对策,即合理控制完钻深度、限制裂缝垂向延伸、具有控水功能的酸液体系和转向酸压等一系列控水技术措施。研究成果为该类油藏成功有效酸压提供了技术思路。Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the wells those who had flowback with water after acid fracturing, and combined with the reservoir geological features with acid fracturing fracture propagation rule of these wells, the mechanism of flowing back with water after acid fracturing was explored, including three aspects: the water communicated directly after acid fracturing with deep drilling depth, the bottom water communicated by the fracture height out of control and the move-up water caused by the communication of the artificial fracture and the major fault. Based on the reason of water breakthrough after acid fracturing, and from the engineering standpoint, the technique to control water breakthrough was put forward, which controlled the drilling depth reasonably, limited the fracturing to extend vertically, had acid system with the function of water control and diverted acid fracturing, et al. The research provides technique ideas for the successful acid fracturing.
