摘 要:"高排量,大液量"是目前页岩气藏开发使用的体积压裂的常态,近两年压裂的页岩气井都使用了减阻水压裂液体系,减阻水压裂液以减阻剂为主剂,添加助排剂、防膨剂等助剂。在室内试验的基础上对现有减阻剂的降阻率进行对比评价优选,并进行相关助剂的评价研究。该体系内的主剂及添加剂浓度比原有配方均有所降低,从而使得配方体系成本比原配方体系降低18.6%,从而达到了降本增效的目的。High displacement and large liquid volume is the normal volume fracturing measure adopted in the shale gas reservoir. In the past two years, the shale gas wells all used slick water fracturing fluid system, which consisted mainly of the drag reduction agent, and cleanup additive and antiswelling agent were its additives. Based on the indoor experiment and compared with the resistance reducing ratio, the drag reduction agent was potimized and the related additives were evaluated. The research shows that the concentration of main agent and additives in the system are reduced than the original formula, and furthermore, the cost of new formula system reduces 18.6 % than the original formula system, accordingly, therefore the cost decreases and benefit increases.
