两种植骨法治疗肱骨干骨折不愈合疗效的比较

摘　　要：目的比较分析滑槽植骨和普通植骨联合加压板固定法治疗肱骨干骨折不愈合的功效,阐明两者的临床应用价值。方法目标性选取我院接收的股骨干骨折的患者70例,35例为对照组,35例为观察组随机分配,对照组患者采用普通植骨联合加压板固定,观察组应用滑槽植骨法;重点针对手术基本情况、骨折愈合及不良反应、肩功能和肘功能评分变化和疼痛程度改善等方面,对两组患者进行对比分析。结果观察组患者的总体结果优于对照组,手术时间、住院时间及术中出血量明显少于对照组;肩功能和肘功能评分改善幅度大于对照组,疼痛程度得到了明显缓解,不良反应的发生率也大大减低;两组数据统计学比较有意义。结论与普通植骨法相比较,滑槽植骨法联合加压板固定法治疗效果显著,不仅能够提高骨折愈合率,降低不良反应的发生几率,还能大幅度改善患者的肩功能和肘关节功能,帮助患者尽快恢复正常的工作生活,能够明显减轻患者的疼痛感;临床价值高,值得广泛推行。Objective To compare and analyze the effect of the treatment of nonunion of humeral shaft fracture with bone graft and common bone graft combined with compression plate fixation, and clarify the clinical value of the two methods.Methods The target of 70 cases in our hospital received femoral fracture patients, 35 cases as control group, 35 cases of the observation group were randomly assigned to the control group were treated by bone grafting combined with common plate fixation, the observation group used for grafting chute; focus on the basic situation, fracture healing and surgical adverse reactions, shoulder function and the elbow function score and the degree of pain improvement, a comparative analysis of two groups of patients.Results To observe the overall results of patients than the control group, operation time, hospitalization time and blood loss were significantly less than the control group; the function of shoulder and elbow function were improved more significantly than that of control group, the degree of pain was obviously alleviated. The incidence of adverse reaction was greatly reduced; the data of the two groups was significant.Conclusion Compared with ordinary grafting, grafting combined with sliding plate fixation treatment effect significantly, can not only improve the fracture healing rate, incidence of adverse reactions decreased, can greatly improve the patient＇s shoulder and elbow joint function function, help patients recover as soon as possible the normal working life, can significantly reduce the patient＇s pain; clinical high value, worthy of extensive implementation.
