小切口全髋关节置换术应用于高龄股骨颈骨折治疗的效果分析

摘　　要：目的在高龄股骨颈骨折患者治疗期间应用小切口全髋关节置换术治疗,分析治疗效果。方法选取2015年8月~2016年8月我院收治的高龄股骨颈骨折患者66例参与本次探究,严格按照随机数字表法分组,组别是研究组和对照组,每组患者为33例。在对照组患者治疗过程中应用传统固定术治疗,在研究组患者治疗过程中应用小切口全髋关节置换术治疗,对比分析2组患者经过不同治疗后得出的组间数据并将对比结果实施统计学分析,计算出相关数据。结果研究组患者治疗优良率、术中出血量、住院时间以及术后并发症发生率、术后0.5年髋关节评分显著性更佳,对比对照组患者而言,组间差异存在统计学意义且P<0.05。结论在高龄股骨颈骨折患者治疗期间应用小切口全髋关节置换术治疗的治疗效果较为理想,值得临床推荐。Objective To analyze the effect of small incision total hip arthroplasty in the treatment of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture.Methods The femoral neck the principle of voluntary participation of self hospital from August 2015 to August 2016 period fracture patients were randomLy selected 66 patients participated in this study, in strict accordance with the random number table grouping,group study group and control group,each group had 33 cases.The application of traditional fixation in the treatment of patients in the control group in the process of application of small incision total hip arthroplasty in the treatment of patients in the study group during the treatment,the 2 groups were compared and analyzed by the data obtained after different treatment groups and the comparison results of the implementation of statistical analysis,calculate the relevant data.Results The excellent rate of treatment,operative bleeding,hospitalization time and postoperative complication rate,postoperative 0.5 years hip score was significantly better compared with patients in the control group,and statistical significance P〈0.05 differences.Conclusion The application of small incision total hip arthroplasty in the treatment of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture is ideal.
