心脏彩超诊断高血压左室肥厚伴左心力衰竭的价值分析

摘　　要：目的讨论心脏彩超诊断高血压左室肥厚伴左心力衰竭的价值。方法选取我院2016年1月~2017年1月发生高血压左室肥厚伴左心力衰竭的患者50例,在同一时间段,选取心脏健康的健康志愿者50例,分别作为实验组和对照组,均实行心脏彩超的检验。对两组彩超检验的相关指数的不同。结果实验组和对照组在彩超检验的相关指数的比较上具有显著性差别,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。彩超检验的相关指标与实验组患者的病情程度有关。结论对于高血压左室肥厚伴左心力衰竭的患者实行彩超检验可以将病情的严重程度检验出来,具有重要的临床检验价值。Objective To discuss the heart colour to exceed diagnose hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy with the value of left heart failure.Methods 50 cases of patients with high blood pressure and left heart failure in the left ventricular hypertensive with high blood pressure from January 2016 to January 2017,with left heart failure, at the same time,choose a healthy heart of 50 cases of healthy volunteers,as the experimental group and control group respectively, both a heart colour to exceed examination.On two groups of related index of different colour to exceed examination.Results The experimental group and control group in colour to exceed examination index has significant difference on the comparison, statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Colour to exceed examination of relevant indicators related to the degree of the experimental group the patient＇s condition.Conclusion In hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy with left heart failure patients to pa/inspection the severity of the disease can be,have important clinical value.
