摘  要:菱铁矿由弱磁性矿物转变为强磁性矿物,可满足在较弱磁场环境下实现铁的回收。选取陕西某地菱铁矿,开展微波焙烧强化菱铁矿干法磁选试验研究,结果表明:在焙烧时间25 min,焙烧温度650℃,粒级0.1~0.2 mm时,铁矿相由菱铁矿转变为磁铁矿和磁赤铁矿,菱铁矿磁性显著增强;磁铁矿呈单体、疏松海绵状,易于磨矿及分选;磁选精矿回收率89.53%、TFe品位40.21%。The transformation of siderite from weak magnetic minerals to ferromagnetic minerals could realize smelting and recovering with a high grade in a weaker magnetic field. The dry magnet- ic separation of siderite strengthened by microwave roasting were conducted with a siderite ore from Shaanxi Province. The results showed that after the 0.1 mm -0.2 mm siderite was roasted at 650 ℃ for 25 min, the iron ore phase was converted from siderite to magnetite and maghemite, during which the magnetism of siderite was significantly enhanced. The magnetite was formed as a loose sponge- like monomer, which was beneficial for grinding and sorting. As a result, the magnetic concentrate with a grade of 40.21% and a recovery of 89.53% was obtained.
