摘 要:以黑龙江鸡西柳毛鳞片石墨为原料制备石墨烯,重点探讨了氧化剂配比、氧化时间对氧化石墨结构的影响,表征了氧化石墨、氧化石墨烯与石墨烯的晶体结构与形貌特征。并将石墨烯与氧化锌纳米棒阵列(RGO/ZNRs)复合,研究了石墨烯浓度对石墨烯/氧化锌纳米棒阵列复合材料光催化降解性能的影响,分析了复合材料的光降解机制。结果表明:鸡西柳毛天然鳞片石墨成功制备成单层或少层还原氧化石墨烯片,厚度为1.1~1.3 nm。石墨烯的引入有效增强了RGO/ZNRs复合材料光催化降解性能。当石墨烯浓度为2mg/mL时,RGO/ZNRs复合材料中石墨烯的含量达到最优值,光催化性能最佳。Graphene had been fabricated using Heilongjiang Jixi Liumao flake graphite as raw mate- rials. The effects of oxidant ratio, oxidation time on crystal structures and morphology features of graphite oxide, graphene oxide and graphene had been characterized and analyzed, respectively. The effect of KMnO4 dosage on the quality of graphite was discussed in detail. Then we combined ZnO nanorod arrays (RGO/ZNRs) with the graphene, and the effects of graphene concentration on the photocatalytic degradation properties of RGO/ZNRs had been studied. Additionally, the photo- degradation mechanism of the composites had been investigated, it turns out that the fabricated gra- phene exhibited one or several layers for the less thickness ( 1.1 - 1.3 nm). The RGO/ZNRs dis- played an enhanced photocatalytic degradation property due to the introducing of graphene. Final- ly, when the concentration of graphene is 2 mg/mL, the composites gain the optimal photocatalytic performance.
