摘　　要：目的了解青岛市高校在校生对梅毒及其传播途径的知晓情况,探讨适合在大学生团体献血初筛中梅毒抗体检测的模式。方法选取我站2016年9~2016年11月对青岛市某所高校随机抽取1000名大学生进行问卷调查,被调查对象以匿名方式自愿填写问卷,用SPSS10.0软件进行统计分析。结果大学生对于梅毒及其传播途径的知晓率为65%,认为有高危性行为的人不能献血的知晓率为73%,87%的大学生乐意配合献血前梅毒抗体的检测,62%的大学生要求单独检测和告知结果。结论目前青岛市高校在校生对梅毒及其传播途径的知晓率低,以无偿献血为契机,在大学生群体中开展健康性教育很有必要。Objective To know the awareness of syphilis and its route transmission for college students,to investigate the pattern of syphilis antibody screening among college students before donation.Methods 1000 cases of college students were randomly selected and surveyed by the questionnaires ,the respondents fill out the questionnaire on condition of anonymity and use the SPSS software for statistical analysis.Results The awareness rate of syphilis and its route transmission for college students is 65%,the awareness of people with high-risk sexual behavior can not donate blood is73%,among 87% students would like to detect syphilis antibody and 62% students require separate testing and informing.Conclusion The awareness of syphilis and its route transmission for college students is low.It is necessary to carry out health education on sex among college students.
