高致病性猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒TJM-F92疫苗株对猪瘟兔化弱毒株的间隔免疫干扰研究

摘  要:为研究高致病性猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)TJM-F92疫苗株对猪瘟病毒(CSFV)C株的间隔免疫干扰情况,本实验设计在免疫高剂量PRRSV TJM-F92株疫苗毒后第7 d和第14 d分别免疫低剂量CSFV C株疫苗毒,并于CSFV C株疫苗毒免疫后第14 d用CSFV石门系血毒攻击实验动物,通过体液免疫水平、免疫攻毒保护水平及病理学变化等方面进行评价。结果表明,间隔7 d免疫组与间隔14 d免疫组CSFV ELISA抗体水平与CSFV C株单独免疫对照组抗体水平无显著差异;攻击CSFV石门系血毒后,间隔7 d免疫组与间隔14 d免疫组均未出现猪瘟临床症状,组织器官病理变化轻微,对CSFV石门系血毒攻击可产生良好的保护效果。CSF阴性对照组实验动物5/5表现出猪瘟明显临床症状并全部死亡。以上结果表明,高剂量PRRSV TJM-F92疫苗株与低剂量CSFV C株间隔7 d或14 d免疫,PRRSV TJM-F92株对CSFV C株无免疫干扰作用。The interval interference effects between PRRSV TJM-F92 vaccine strain and a low dose of rabbit attenuated CSFV C strain have been evaluated. The experiments were designed as that the animals were boosted twice at the 7 days and 14 days with a low dose of CSFV C strain after the initiate high dose of HP-PRRSV TJM-92 strain vaccination. After 14 days of the second boost, the animals were challenged with CSFV and then evaluated the parameters including the levels of the humoral immunity, challenge protection and pathological changes. The results demonstrated that there was no significant difference on antibody level between the groups of the respective immunization with CSFV C strain at 7 days and 14 days post PRRSV immunization and the group of the single-immunization with CSFV only. No clinical signs were observed in the 7 and 14 day-groups. Only mild lesions had been observed in the immunized groups after the challenge with CSFV Shi-Men strain. All animals were protected effectively in the vaccinated group but no in the control group after the challenge. In conclusion, there is no immune interference between the PRRSV TJM-F92 strain and CSFV C strain at 7 days and 14 days.
