摘 要:[目的]已有研究只注意到了地理标志产品的减贫增收效应,却并没有说明地理标志产品减贫增收效应的条件。文章旨在分析地理标志产品促进农村发展的条件和路径。[方法]在理论上分析了地理标志产品促进农村发展的两条主要路径,并使用山西省110个县的县级数据和计量模型,采用OLS和加权OLS回归方法,分析了地理标志农产品及产业聚集度对农民人均收入和农业人均生产总值的影响。[结果]拥有地理标志农产品是县级层面地方政府的自然优势,但只有形成一定的集聚程度并达到产业化才能形成区域竞争优势,并对当地的农民收入有减贫增收效应。[结论]认为地理标志产品的减贫增收主要有两条路径,首先,区域竞争优势对与该农业产业相关的经济资源有很强的集聚效应,加快了当地农业产业集群的形成,为实现产业化经营提供了一个新的"高位平台",从而促进农村减贫的进程;另外,推动当地农业的品牌化发展是地理标志提高农民收入促进农村减贫的另一条重要途径。The production of geographical indication had the effect in reducing poverty and increasing income,but when and where the type of production can take the effects were not explained.The purpose of this paper was to analyze the conditions and ways of promoting rural development.This paper analyzed two paths of the production of geographical indication for the rural households’ income increase based on the data in 110 counties,Shanxi province,and pointed out the influencing of the production of geographical indication on rural households income and agricultural GDP adopting the method of OLS regression and weight OLS regression.The results showed that local government had natural advantage of geographical indications production,but the comparative advantage had effects of poverty-reduction and income increase only when the productions could be industrialized.Finally,it put forward 2 paths of the production of geographical indication for increasing the rural households’ income,i.e.,establishing agricultural industry cluster platform based on the comparative advantage of the production of geographical indication,and promoting the development of the famous brands of the geographical indication productions.
