摘　　要：随着南宁市人口老龄化程度的日益加剧,老年人健康管理工作受到高度重视并逐步引向深入。文章对老年人健康管理实施现状和存在的问题进行分析和探讨,并对完善项目管理工作提出相应的对策和建议。As the aging population of Nanning, the elderly health management attaches great importance to and gradually to the deep. In this paper, the elderly health management implementation present situation and existing problems are analyzed and dis- cussed, and wiu put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to perfect the work of the project management.
