摘　　要：目的对艾滋病治疗管理模式的构建进行深入的研究分析。方法将2015年10月—2016年10月之间在上海浦东新区特定医疗机构进行治疗的艾滋病病人作为管理组研究对象,共84例,该组病人需进行艾滋病综合治疗管理模式;同时将2014年9月—2015年9月之间在上海市浦东新区医疗机构接受治疗的84例艾滋病患者作为参照组对象,该组患者进行一般治疗管理模式。治疗后比较两组病人的治疗效果及综合随访率。结果对于管理组患者来说,最后的治疗依从率大约占98.80%,而参照组中病人的治疗依从率为88.0%,两组数据差异存在明显的统计学意义(P<0.05)。对于管理组患者来说,其综合随访率为97.62%,该结果和参照组相比,明显偏高,两组相比差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论建立合适的艾滋病治疗管理模式能够在一定程度上帮助病人不断提升其临床治疗的依从性,提高综合随访率,除此之外,还能有效地预防艾滋病的不断扩散和传播,避免不良事件的发生。OBJECTIVE To analyze the establishment and application value of AIDS treatment management model. METHODS From October 2015 to October 2016 84 cases of AIDS patients receiving treatment in Pudong New Area medical institutions as the object management group, the implementation of comprehensive treatment and management model of AIDS, will be September 2014 to September 2015 treated in Pudong New Area medical institutions, 84 cases of AIDS patients as the control object, the implementation of the general treatment management, compared two groups of patients with treatment compliance and comprehensive follow-up rate. RESULTS The treatment compliance rate of the treatment group was 98.80%, the treatment compliance of the reference group was 88.0%, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The overall follow-up rate of the patients in the control group was 97.62%, which was significantly higher than that of the reference group. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION The establishment of AIDS treatment management, help to improve the treatment compliance of patients, increase the comprehensive follow-up rate, further development of disease prevention of AIDS patients, reduce the incidence of various adverse problems.
