血浆置换治疗天疱疮及大疱性类天疱疮的临床分析及血清抗体水平检测

摘　　要：目的:探讨血浆置换疗法治疗天疱疮及大疱性类天疱疮(BP)的疗效及其对抗体水平的影响。方法:回顾性分析接受血浆置换疗法的4例天疱疮和4例BP患者的临床资料,并检测血浆置换前、后抗体水平的变化。结果:8例患者治疗后皮损均不同程度地减轻,最终临床痊愈出院;4例天疱疮患者中3例天疱疮抗体下降,1例轻微升高;4例BP患者抗BP180抗体水平均下降。结论:血浆置换疗法辅助治疗天疱疮及BP可取得较好的疗效。Objective： To investigate the effect of plasmapheresis on pemphigus and bullous pemphigoid（BP）, and the levels of serum antibody. Methods： We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data and changes in serum levels of antibody in pemphigus and BP, 4 cases each, treated with plasmapheresis. Results： All patients were completely cured. Serum levels of anti-pemphigus antibody declined in 3 out of 4 patients with pemphigus while a slight increase was found in 1 case. Reduction in serum levels of antiBP180 was observed in all BP cases. Conclusion： Plasmapheresis is a useful adjuvant therapy for both pemphigus and BP.
