仅双耳受累的复发性多软骨炎

摘　　要：报告1例仅双耳受累的复发性多软骨炎。患者男,52岁。双耳红肿8个月余。8个月前双耳出现红肿及灼热,无疼痛及瘙痒,双耳郭逐渐肥厚、下垂。皮肤科检查:双耳呈牛肉样暗红色,松软下垂,耳垂不受累。皮损组织病理检查示慢性炎症,真皮下胶原纤维增生,伴多量淋巴细胞和浆细胞浸润,并可见少量退变的软骨样组织。诊断:复发性多软骨炎。予口服甲泼尼龙16 mg,每日2次,治疗1周后双耳红肿明显消退。A case of relapsing polychondritis only involved the ears is reported. A 52-year-old man presented with bilateral ear swelling and burning without pain and itching for 8 months. Both ears gradually became hypertrophy and drooping. Physi- cal examination revealed floppy ears in beef-like dark red color without the involvement of earlobes. Histopathological exami- nation showed chronic inflammation, hyperplasia of the collagen and infiltration of lymphocytes and plasma cells in the dermis. Some degenerated cartilage-like tissues were present. The diagnosis was relapsing polychondritis. After 1-week treatment with oral methylprednisolone（16mg, twice daily）, both redness and swelling of ears disappeared.
