摘  要:探讨了在水性免中涂(IPP)喷涂工艺的条件下,不同的色漆和清漆层施工参数对铝粉定向排列的影响。通过研究不同条件下的色漆层湿膜固体含量,抗清漆回溶能力和流变特性,初步总结了在水性IPP喷涂工艺下,铝粉定向排列的机理。发现延长金属色漆层第1遍(BC2.1)喷涂的常温闪干时间,降低金属色漆层(BC2)施工黏度和提高金属色漆层第2遍(BC2.2)旋杯喷涂转速能够有效提高铝粉定向排列;延长金属色漆层(BC2)预烘烤时间使色漆层抵抗清漆回溶能力下降,铝粉排列变差;BC2.2的非静电喷涂和清漆闪干时间,对铝粉定向排列影响较小。The effects of different application parameters of Base Coat 2 (BC2) and Clear Coat (CC) on aluminum orientation at the process of IPP have been discussed. The mechanism is pre- liminarily summarized via the testing of wet film solid content, clear coat resistance and theology properties. The results show that the increase the flash off time of Base Coat 2 as the first spraying layer ( BC2. 1 ), the decrease of BC2 viscosity and the increase of rotating spray speed of Base Coat 2 as the second spraying layer ( BC2. 2) can give positive influence on aluminum orientation. In ad- dition, the elongation of the pre-baking time of BC can cause a negative effect on the clear coat re- sistance and aluminum orientation of Base Coat. The non-electrostatic spraying of BC2. 2 and flash off time of CC give a slight effect on the aluminum orientation.
