摘 要:汽车涂装中两涂一烘(2C1B)工艺的引进,使得涂装工序减少,涂层厚度降低,相比传统三涂两烘工艺(3C2B),2C1B工艺形成的涂层对表面缺陷的遮盖能力降低。通过模拟涂装试验,研究2C1B工艺的涂层对钢板表面积瘤、划伤类缺陷的遮盖能力,结果表明:积瘤类缺陷不能被涂装工艺覆盖,必须通过人工打磨后才能进入涂装工序,而轻微短线类缺陷部位深度在15μm内基本可以被涂装工艺所覆盖。带钢表面波纹度对涂装性能影响表明:只有Wca≤0.5μm的热镀锌外板产品才能满足汽车厂家的要求。Compared with the traditional coating processes (e.g., 3C2B and 3C1B), the coating process 2C1B can decrease the coating procedure and reduce the coating thickness while sacrifice its hiding power for some surface defects on steel substrate. In this article, the hiding power of the 2C 1B for the surface defects including burls and scratches has been investigated. The results show that the burls cannot be hidden by the 2C1B coating process and must be manually flattened prior to coating process, whereas the short scratches with indenta- tion less than 15 μm can be hidden well. The effect of surface waviness of steel on the coating process is also analyzed and the result shows that the products with Wca ≤0. 5 μm can meet the requirements of car factories for hot-dip galvanized automobile exterior panels.
