摘 要:季节冻土区自然冻结融化过程为"单向冻结"和"双向融化"。为提高冻融循环模拟环境与野外真实气象条件的吻合度,改变传统的"旁通循环式"设计思路,在制冷方式上,采用顶排风翅管式冷凝器和电加热器结构,配合风扇的扰动,将冷量从箱体顶部均匀向下稳态传递,实现土体"单向冻结";通过外部的高温循环装置控制箱体底部的水浴温度,配合环境温度实现土体"双向融化"。底部的蓄水池可通过土体的毛管作用和自动液位平衡实现自动补水。The freezing process of seasonal frozen soil is divided to "one - way freezing" and "two - way melting". In order to improve the coincidence degree between the simulated environment of freezing and thawing cycle and the real meteorological conditions in the field, the traditional "bypass cycle" design idea is needed to be changed. In the cooling mode, the top exhaust wind tube condenser and the electric heater structure were adopted. The cooling capacities transfered from the top of the box e- venly clown to steady state so as to achieve the soil "one - way freeze". Based on the bottom water temperature of high external temperature cycle control box and the ambient temperature, the two - way melting was achieved. The bottom reservoir could be automatically replenished by the soil capillary action and automatic liquid level balance and different groundwater level supply was simulate.
